We are currently recruiting a Kitchen Porter Supervisor for a busy hotel kitchen in Wembley. This is a full‑time, ongoing role for the right candidate, working on a rota basis. You will be responsible for supervising the kitchen porter team and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organisation are maintained at all times. As Kitchen Porter Supervisor, you will work closely with the kitchen management team to keep the back‑of‑house running smoothly. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone with previous kitchen porter experience who is ready to take on more responsibility.

  • Supervise and support the kitchen porter team during shifts.
  • Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to hotel and food safety standards.
  • Organise daily tasks and rotas for kitchen porters.
  • Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
