Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines to ensure all kitchenware is properly sanitised and stored
• Handle waste disposal in line with food safety regulations
• Assist with basic food prep tasks when needed
• Monitor cleaning supply levels and report stock shortages
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including safe handling of cleaning chemicals
Requirements:
