Experienced Bar Staff needed in Central London. We are seeking Experienced Bar Staff to join our team for exciting events at prestigious locations in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-end environment!
Position Overview
- Location: Central London
- Type: Event-based, Part-Time & Full-Time roles, long shifts available
- Shifts: Flexible shifts available, including lunch, and evening/night shifts on weekends and weekdays
- Pay Rate: between £12.21-£13.50 per hour
As a Bar Staff, you are responsible for providing exceptional service during events. This is an ongoing part-time role with shifts available throughout the year, depending on the event requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests with speed and precision while maintaining excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with the front and back-of-house teams to deliver seamless service
- Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly and attentive manner, addressing their needs promptly
- Manage a busy and fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service
Requirements
- Smart appearance with formal white shirt, black waistcoat, black suit trousers, black tie, and black smart shoes
- Must have previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Ability to work well under pressure
