Neway International are seeking an Estate Services Manager (Ground Maintenance) to join our client based with Southern Housing. The Estate Services Manager will oversee the delivery of grounds maintenance services across a defined portfolio, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and environmental care. You will manage contractors and operatives, monitor performance, and ensure services are delivered efficiently, consistently and in line with organisational expectations. This role supports a vacant budgeted post and requires a confident, proactive manager with strong operational oversight. Southern Housing is one of the UK's largest housing providers, delivering safe, well-maintained homes and high-quality neighbourhood services.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day delivery of grounds maintenance services across allocated estates
- Oversee contractor performance, ensuring work meets required standards

- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements across all activities
