Hours: 18.5 per week

Pay Rate: £12.21 PAYE / £15.77 Umbrella
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality cleaning services to communal areas across designated sites
- Follow cleaning procedures and health & safety protocols
- Report repairs, tenancy concerns, and anti-social behaviour to the Caretaking Supervisor
- Maintain clear written records to support service reviews and complaint responses
- Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues
- Support the use of new cleaning technologies and complete BICSc training
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a methodical approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to excellent customer service and equality principles
- Willingness to work out of hours when required
- Literacy and numeracy skills essential
- Experience in domestic or commercial cleaning and use of industrial equipment (desirable)
- A cleaning qualification and full driving licence are advantageous
