Neway International are seeking a Fleet Operations Driver Attendant – Driving to join our client based with Nottinghamshire County Council.
Location: working from Broxtowe Day Services, Beeston
Hours: 15 per week – split shifts (08:00–10:30 and 14:45–17:15, Wednesday to Friday)
Start Date: 23 February 2026

The Role
The Fleet Operations Driver Attendant will support Broxtowe Day Services by transporting people who use the service, ensuring safe and comfortable travel. This is a community‑focused role requiring reliability, care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting service users from their homes in the morning and returning them at the end of the day
- Providing assistance from the property to the vehicle, ensuring safety and dignity
- Operating on a split‑shift pattern Wednesday to Friday
- Participating in weekend rota duties, including local bus work (one Saturday in four)
- Maintaining a professional and supportive approach at all times
- Completing required training as part of the role
Candidate Requirements
- Full D, D1 or D1 (101) licence
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Willingness to undertake training
- Ability to follow safety procedures and organisational guidelines
