Newarke Property Media is a growing property marketing company supporting estate agents across Leicester and the wider Leicestershire area. We aim to provide premium property photography, virtual staging, videography, and other high-end marketing services designed to help agents win instructions and sell homes faster. We are building a network of talented freelance property photographers who can deliver exceptional, consistent, on-brand work to our clients with potential future employment if the company grows.
Role Description
This is a freelance, self-employed contractor position — not employment. You will be engaged on a per-project basis, depending on demand. There is:
- No obligation for us to provide a minimum amount of work
- No obligation for you to accept every assignment
However, successful freelancers will be offered ongoing work opportunities based on performance, reliability, and quality. All work will be delivered under a freelance service agreement outlining standards, usage rights, confidentiality, and client expectations.
What We’re Looking For
- Have proven experience in property/real estate photography
- Can produce bright, natural, premium-quality imagery
- Are confident shooting a variety of properties (apartments, small to high-end homes)
- Have strong composition skills and attention to detail
- Can follow strict brand guidelines to ensure consistency in editing style and presentation
- Deliver work promptly and professionally
- Have reliable transport and are able to travel across Leicester & surrounding areas
Professional Standards
- Follow detailed shooting and editing guidelines
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with estate agents and homeowners
- Provide excellent customer service on-site

- UK Driving License
