Rainbows Children’s Hospice is seeking an experienced Spiritual Services Lead to champion and develop our spiritual care offering for children, young people and families within the East Midlands.
You will provide expert leadership to ensure inclusive, person-centred support across the hospice and community outreach services.
You will work with staff wellbeing, reflective practice and our Values, Culture and Inclusion Group to embed spiritual care as a core element of compassionate care.
