About You (What we are looking for):
- Kind, caring, and aligned with our values.
- Patience and understanding, especially with children who find communication challenging.
- A positive role model who promotes high expectations and positive behaviour management.
- Ability to follow instructions, policies, and procedures diligently.
About Us (Your Academy):
Our CHILD intent is deeply embedded across the academy, supporting a successful Pupil Well-being and Readiness for Learning agenda. We deliver a broad, balanced curriculum with ample resources both in the classroom and on our grounds to provide the best for our pupils.
All our initiatives and decisions are driven by high-quality research. We prioritize Curriculum Professional Development to help staff at all levels reach their full potential.
As a 21st Century school and a proud Microsoft Showcase School, we integrate technology into learning to equip pupils with vital future skills.
We highly value well-being for both teachers and pupils, offering numerous initiatives to promote a positive work-life balance, including at least 3 hours and 45 minutes of non-contact time weekly for teachers.
Visits to meet our team are warmly welcomed to ensure you find the right fit with our supportive and vibrant community. We look forward to meeting you!
