Do you want to help people enhance their lives through history, culture and the arts, in a customer facing role? As a Visitor Information Centre Assistant, you will have visitor service at the heart of every task you perform. You will have experience of engaging with the public and gauging their individual needs whilst delivering business objectives and driving income levels through sales.

Based at The Palace Theatre and National Civil War Centre, you will have experience of sales/telesales/cash handling/computerised till systems and administration duties using Microsoft packages, and of dealing with the public. You will be a self‑motivated team player with the ambition, energy and enthusiasm for delivering our service objectives.

These relief roles are required on an as, and when, basis. You will be working with a professional, committed and experienced team who are passionate about supporting us to deliver the objectives as outlined in our Community Plan.
