This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retrofit Administrator hybrid from home and based in our offices at Newark. The Retrofit Administrator will coordinate and oversee retrofit projects to improve energy efficiency in local properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing project documentation
- Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Tracking project progress
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Assisting with funding applications
- Preparing reports
- Maintaining accurate records
- Addressing inquiries related to the projects
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as document management, data entry, and report writing
