Housing Maintenance and Asset Management - Permanent, 37 hours per week. Salary £28,518- £30,141 per annum, pay award from April 2026 under negotiation. Additional payment for participation in call‑out scheme.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out required plumbing repairs and maintenance operations.
  • Carry out other repairs and maintenance works in line with your skills and expertise.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our tenants.
  • Work effectively with the aim of completing works on a ‘right first time’ basis.
  • Ensure safe working practices are always followed.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Work closely with colleagues across the Housing Maintenance and Asset Management Business Unit to deliver to a consistently high standard.

Qualifications

  • Have experience of installation and maintenance in domestic and commercial properties.
  • Hold City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, certificate in Plumbing.
  • Due to the nature of the role, a full driving licence is essential.
