Responsibilities
- Maintain routine maintenance, operations, services, caretaking and upkeep of the Council's corporate and commercial properties within the district.
- Support the Estates Manager with the effective day‑to‑day running of operations, primarily based at Castle House in Newark.
- Interpret tasks and functions, and communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and the public while maintaining a calm and professional attitude.
- Demonstrate transferable skills; previous experience preferred but not essential.
