Newark and Sherwood District Council is seeking a Building Surveyor to join our Corporate Property team. The role focuses on maintenance, improvements and renewal of council assets, with duties spanning reactive repairs, condition surveys, tender documentation and contract supervision.
We require experience in delivering small/medium commercial works, strong financial awareness for budgets and programmes, and an HNC level (or equivalent) with a driving licence.
