We are now recruiting for a Environmental Health Technical Officer, Community Protection to provide technical support and assistance to the Public Protection Service Area in delivering quality services in both a programmed and responsive way. You will cover all aspects of environmental protection within the Community Protection Team taking appropriate enforcement actions where necessary.
As an experienced officer you will have the ability to carry out full investigations, write reports, warnings and notices within all areas of Environmental Protection legislation including but not limited to nuisance, public health matters, public health funerals, high hedges, pollution and drainage.
Operating within a small but extremely busy team you will manage an extensive workload, prioritising to ensure our residents are at the centre of all we do.
