Newark and Sherwood District Council is seeking a Housing Systems Adoption Officer to drive user adoption of housing systems, including NEC Housing, and develop engaging training materials.
You will deliver training for new starters and existing colleagues, work with Housing Services, ICT & Digital Services, and system suppliers, and monitor adoption levels to improve the user experience.
