We are recruiting for a Facilities Management Officer to undertake routine maintenance, operations, services, caretaking and upkeep of the Council’s corporate and commercial properties within the district. You will be primarily based at Castle House in Newark and will support the Estates Manager with providing support for the effective day to day running of our operations.

We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and interpret tasks and functions. You'll need to communicate effectively and maintain a calm and professional attitude when interacting with colleagues, stakeholders and the public. Previous experience is preferred but not essential; we are seeking a well‑rounded person with demonstrable transferable skills.
