About NewArc
NewArc is an end-to-end AI design platform for fashion. Customers use NewArc from early concept exploration and design development through to final product storytelling and presentation. We work with fashion brands, retailers, footwear, accessories, and product development teams. We are looking for someone who can help our prospects and customers understand how to use NewArc in their real design workflow.
About the role
This is a customer-facing role for someone who understands fashion, design, product development, or creative workflows, and is excited about AI. You will help prepare and run tailored demos, onboard new customers, support proof-of-concept projects, and run office hours with design teams. This is not a sales role. It is a practical role at the intersection of fashion, design, AI, customer success, and workflow consulting. You will work closely with the founder and gradually take over more of the customer-facing workflow.
What you will do
- Research prospective customers before demos.
- Prepare tailored demo plans for different categories, such as fashion, footwear, bags, accessories, or homeware.
- Create or prepare demo assets, prompts, workflows, and examples.
- Join and eventually run customer demos.
- Help customers understand how NewArc can fit into their design process.
- Support proof-of-concept projects.
- Run discovery calls, onboarding sessions, office hours, and review workshops.
- Answer customer questions and help them get better results from the platform.
- Monitor customer usage and spot adoption risks or expansion opportunities.
- Turn repeated customer questions into reusable guides, workflows, and demo materials.
- Share customer feedback with the product team.
What we are looking for
You may be a good fit if you have experience in one or more of these areas:
- Fashion design
- Product development
- Accessories, footwear, bags, apparel, or homeware
- Fashion technology
- Design operations
- Creative workflow consulting
- Customer success or onboarding for creative/fashion software
- PLM, CLO3D, Browzwear, or similar tools
What matters most
We are looking for someone who is:
- Visually sharp and able to judge whether an image looks good, realistic, and relevant
- Comfortable speaking with designers, design leads, and product teams
- Organised and reliable
- Good at preparing before customer calls
- Clear in writing and follow-up
- Practical and hands-on
- Able to explain software in simple language
- Interested in how fashion teams actually work
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
What success looks like
After the first few months, you should be able to:
- Prepare a tailored demo for a new prospect with limited support
- Understand a customer’s design workflow and suggest relevant NewArc use cases
- Run onboarding or office hours calls confidently
- Help customers get better results from the platform
- Keep proof-of-concept projects organised and moving forward
Nice to have
- Experience working with fashion brands or retailers.
- Experience training teams or running workshops.
- Experience with AI image tools.
- Experience in SaaS, customer success, pre-sales, or implementation.
- Experience working remotely with customers across different time zones.
Working style
This is a remote role, but strong overlap with UK working hours is important. Some calls may be with customers in the US, so occasional later calls may be required.
Probation
The role includes a 3-month probation period. During this time, we will assess role fit, customer-facing ability, product understanding, organisation, and ability to take ownership of demos, onboarding, and proof-of-concept support.
