The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to lead our Production and Warehouse teams (approximately 18-20 people) at our Christchurch site. You'll provide day-to-day leadership, engagement, and direction across manufacturing and warehousing operations, ensuring the team hits its operational performance goals while keeping safety and quality front and centre.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and managing the day-to-day activities of the Production and Warehouse teams
- Championing a strong safety and quality culture across the site
- Driving continuous improvement — refining processes and reducing waste
- Managing costs and site budgets effectively
- Identifying training and development opportunities for your team
- Engaging, motivating, and inspiring staff to perform at their best
- Providing clear daily direction, planning, and communication to keep operations running smoothly
- Reporting on site performance to the NZPG GM of Manufacturing
What We're Looking For
- Prior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- A genuine continuous improvement mindset
- A strong, demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and get the best out of a team
- Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills
- Experience in stainless product fabrication/manufacturing or distribution is advantageous
- A manufacturing or engineering qualification is advantageous
