You\’ll manage RFIs, liaise with architects and consultants, Build Partners and oversee demolition activities, including pricing, coordinating with local authorities, and ensuring safe asbestos removal.Your responsibilities also include attending site visits, monitoring health and safety compliance, managing stakeholder relationships with councils, utilities, and iwi, and ensuring risk management, quality assurance, and legislative compliance.
