The role involves:
- Lead business engagement across diverse teams: You’ll work closely with stakeholders from across the organisation, building trust, facilitating discovery, and translating business needs into clear, actionable insights.
- Shape the project approach and keep delivery momentum high: You will actively contribute to project planning and prioritisation, helping the team focus on what matters most.
- Manage analysis across multiple interconnected workstreams: Your analysis will span a wide range of processes and systems.
- Share knowledge and uplift the BA practice: You’ll contribute to and lead sessions within our Business Analyst Community of Practice.
You will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification, professional certification, or equivalent experience: Your background gives you the confidence to tackle complex problems and guide others through them.
- 5+ years of hands-on business analysis experience: You’ll be fluent in BA tools, methods, and frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments: You’ve worked closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams.
- Confidence working in ambiguity and complexity: This programme moves quickly and evolves often.
