Christchurch Heart Group is a busy, private cardiology practice located in Milford Chambers at St Georges Hospital, Christchurch. We are seeking a flexible individual to join our team to assist with our increasing workload, primarily in medical typing, reception, and other administrative duties, with the ability to cover evening leave.
The expected working hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm; however, there is flexibility for the right candidate. The ideal applicant must possess excellent communication skills, proven experience as a medical typist, and enjoy working as part of a team. Experience with Elixir is advantageous but not essential.
Only candidates with a proven work history in administrative or secretarial roles within a hospital or private health sector should apply. Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be considered. You must hold New Zealand or Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa to be eligible for this role.
