We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at the ASICS Hornby Outlet. If you’re passionate about sport, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoy helping customers find the perfect fit – we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing exceptional customer service – from greeting customers to fitting footwear and offering product advice
Supporting the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
Maintaining visual merchandising to ASICS’ global brand standards
Replenishing stock and keeping the store tidy and organised
Helping with deliveries and maintaining an efficient stockroom
Representing the ASICS brand with pride, professionalism, and energy
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of retail experience (sports or footwear retail experience a bonus!)
A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn
Someone who is reliable, team-oriented, and takes initiative
You must have current New Zealand work rights
An interest in sport or an active lifestyle is a plus!
