Dilworth Hearing, (part of the Amplifon Group) has been providing paediatric and adult audiology servicesin New Zealand for over 50 years. We have 20 clinics nationwide and consider customer service to be the single most important aspect of our business.
About the role:
This is a fulltimeposition working Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.00pm) based from our Epsom clinic, and covering Epsom, Remuera, St Heliers and Ellerslie clinic\’s as required. The role is fast paced, varied, including front desk responsibilities, greeting all our customers, scheduling of appointments, handling hearing aid repairs and over the counter sales, alongside conducting basic hearing screening. A valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is a requirement for this role.

To be successful in this role you will need:
- Previous experience in a client facing customer service or retail position
- Clear professional communication style
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- A great phone manner and a warm face to face communication style.
- Flexibility, a valid drivers license and access to a vehicle to cover other clinics as required
- Highly organised with good time management
