As a Customer Care Representative (Receptionist), you'll play a critical role in providing world class primary care to our patients. Forming a part of our collaborative care team of support staff and dedicated clinicians including Registered and Enrolled nurses, Nurse Prescribers, Nurse Practitioners, General Practitioners, Physician Associates and Pharmacists. Your duties will include front desk reception, customer greeting, navigating patients through our services, administrative tasks, banking, invoicing and claiming, etc.
