Work alongside a dedicated team at the NYU College of Dentistry Oral Health Center for People with Disabilities providing clinical and administrative nursing support for ambulatory sedation serving individuals with special healthcare needs.
Provide direct, individual patient care in accordance with established standards and nursing processes. Provide support and care coordination for medically complex patients.
Qualifications
- Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and New York State RN license
- Required Experience: 3+ years experience as a registered nurse
- Preferred Experience: 3+ years experience in special needs, pediatrics, and OR setting.
- Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills. Must have CPR certification.
Additional Information
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $85,000 to USD $104,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
