The Botanist Ipswich is recruiting a Head Chef. As a Head Chef, you are an expert at kitchen management, ensuring a safe, fun and exciting place to work, while keeping the operation profitable and efficiently run. Your team will work for you to deliver your vision and strategy within the kitchen.
You will oversee everything from stocks, rotas, recruitment and overall food safety and hygiene. Your time should be split evenly between cooking, managing systems and procedures, and developing your team. You will also work closely with the General Manager to advise on food operations, guest experience and any bookings or events.
