We're looking for an experienced and passionate Freelance Head Chef to lead a busy breakfast kitchen in London.
About the Role
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised chef who can take full ownership of the breakfast operation, maintain exceptional standards and lead a small kitchen team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the breakfast kitchen
- Deliver high-quality, consistent food in a fast-paced environment
- Manage stock, ordering, food cost and waste
- Ensure HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Train, motivate and supervise the kitchen team
- Maintain kitchen organisation and operational efficiency
- Contribute to menu development and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef or a Sous Chef ready to take the next step
- Strong breakfast and brunch experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
