Description of Job

The Youth Pastor is a new full-time post. We are looking for an exceptional person who shares our heart for young people in Andover and is passionate about reaching them with the gospel of Jesus Christ and encouraging them in their discipleship journey. This person must have experience of growing a church youth ministry within a local church context.

As the Youth Pastor, you will have an essential role in supporting the launch of Andover Youth Church at St Paul’s Church, leading Youth Alphas, overseeing the discipleship of young people, and managing the Wednesday Night youth group. Your role will be focused on working closely with the Youth Community Lead and the Associate Vicar based at St Paul’s to catalyse and nurture the Christian faith among young people.

Part of the HTB network, we are a growing parish of four churches, each with its own expressions and traditions of worship serving the whole family. Located in Andover, Hampshire, UK.
