Are you passionate to see young people come to faith in Jesus?

We\’re looking for a Youth Coordinator for our ministry to young people in the village. We are currently seeing a large growth in attendance of families at St John’s and we want to grow and develop our provision for youth within the church and local community.

There is guaranteed variety in the role, which could cover any of the following: overseeing the youth volunteer team, preparing for and leading youth sessions and occasional all-age services, seasonal church activities, schools work, socials, holiday clubs and residentials.

The Youth Coordinator will work as part of a team alongside two members of clergy, two church wardens, two church administrators as well as an excellent team of experienced volunteers with additional support from the Chichester Diocesan hub.

The role is initially for 24 hours per week paid employment and has the potential to be joined with a fully funded place on the CMS pioneeryouthministry BA course, for the right candidate,meaning that the role could be full-time once incorporating study and placements.

We are excited to be able to expand our team at this time and to welcome to the church family someone who is young at heart and strong in faith.
