We’re looking for a skilled and spiritually mature Worship Pastor to lead and develop our vibrant worship ministry. You’ll be a confident musician (guitar and/or keyboard), able to mentor a diverse team of band leaders and musicians, and bring creativity, vision, and pastoral care to our worship life. You’ll help us grow in worship, shape ministry times, and contribute to our wider mission.

This role can be part-time (25 hrs) or combined with an Assistant Leader position (15 hrs) for a full-time opportunity. If you’re a team player with a love for Jesus, a heart for the local church, and a desire to serve in a dynamic and supportive staff team — we’d love to hear from you.
