Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our staff at Concord Church as a Worship Pastor. This role involves leading and developing our volunteer worship team, encouraging our congregation to meet God in worship. The position is 2.5 days per week, including Sunday mornings.

Our Context

Founded in September 2022, Concord Church is a vibrant, diverse church plant in North Bristol (Brabazon), part of the HTB network. We are seeking someone to develop our worship ministry as we seek God\’s kingdom in North Bristol and beyond.

We aim to inspire and encourage our church in worship, contributing to the evangelisation of the nation, church revitalisation, and societal transformation.

Our meetings are held at the Aerospace Bristol Museum, home of the iconic Concorde aircraft. As a small, friendly team, we value building relationships and community.
