Based at St Paul’s & St Faith’s, Parish of Brentford, West London
We’re looking for a worship music director to steer our growth in worship. We’re an open evangelical charismatic church, looking for the right person to lead and expand our existing worship team, and enhance our sung contemporary worship.
You will oversee our worship ministry, motivate, equip and develop our existing musicians, recruit and train new members and nurture people’s faith, musical gifts and creativity.
If you’re a good musician, with in-depth experience of leading worship in a paid or unpaid capacity then we’d love to hear from you. This is a part time role that can be done alongside other commitments (e.g. study), offering flexible working (noting Sunday responsibilities), great colleagues and a budget to support your ministry and professional development.
