The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
This position is part of a proposed job share arrangement amounting to 20 hrs/week on Worship and 20 hrs/week on Youth. The appointed person will be expected to work closely with our existing Worship Pastor (who previously worked full time but now wishes to return part time following maternity leave) and our Youth Pastor. Details of exactly how responsibilities will be divided between the post-holders will be discussed and agreed prior to appointment and as part of our selection process.
Competitive remuneration is offered, and ideally, the successful candidate would be available from mid/late February 2025, but we can be flexible for the right candidate.
