St Mary\’s Marylebone, London, England, United Kingdom Hours: Two days a week. You will be required to work on Tuesdays, including fortnightly Tuesday or Wednesday evenings in term times, and on Sunday evenings as part of your two days a week. Salary: Between £25,000 and £27,500 pro rata based on experience. Description of Job: St Mary’s is a charismatic church in Marylebone, London, seeking to grow as a diverse and inclusive community of Jesus followers. Our vision is to communicate the gospel in a relevant way and equip the whole church to minister in the power of the Holy Spirit. St Mary’s is part of the Church of England. As our Student Leader, you will play a crucial role in the life of the church. You will be responsible for: Attracting new students Providing discipleship and pastoral care Overseeing a team of volunteers Leading the development of the student ministry As a collaborative team player who can work independently, you will guide students and help contribute to our goal of building a welcoming, supportive community that seeks to follow God’s calling. Holidays: 20 days paid holiday per year, 3 days at Christmas, and 2 days around Easter, pro rata.
