We are seeking a dynamic, spirit-filled disciple of Jesus to lead the student ministry into further growth and depth. The purpose of this role is to effectively lead, influence, manage, develop, and have pastoral oversight for all aspects of the student work, to share the Good News of Jesus with students across Sheffield through evangelism and outreach, to raise The Well's students to become missional disciples, and to be a part of our passionate ministry team at The Well Sheffield.
We are a church for the whole of Sheffield and beyond, with a particular heart for life around Ecclesall Road, which is an intersection between students, young adults, businesses, the poor, and young families.
