We are excited to be recruiting a strategic Operations Director to join the Saint Mary’s team. The Operations Director will serve on the Senior Leadership Team and work collaboratively with the Vicar, Associate Vicar, ministry leaders, and the Trustee Board (PCC) to ensure Saint Mary’s thrives and fulfils its vision. The role drives the strategic direction, operational oversight, and tactical support across all areas of church operations, administration, and projects.
