PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the Rector plays a pivotal role in supporting the spiritual and organisational leadership of St Aldates Church. This post requires a professional who brings exceptional organisational capability, sound judgement, and relational maturity to ensure the Rector\’s ministry is delivered smoothly and effectively.

The PA is responsible for managing the Rector\’s diary, communications and administrative priorities in a way that maximises his time and focus for ministry, leadership and vision. The ideal candidate will combine high emotional intelligence with professionalism, anticipating needs, maintaing confidentiality and communicating with clarity and warmth.
