You will lead and develop the music worship ministry with a theology of worship at the center.
Crucially, you will raise up others, mentor younger musicians and equip people to grow in their gifts and confidence.
This strategic role also aims to establish a Worship Ministry Hub across the local church network and city-wide gatherings.
