Description of Job

Holmer Green Baptist Church is a welcoming and mission-driven community dedicated to living out our faith through worship, service, and fellowship. Blessed by steady growth over the last few years, our focus is on evangelism, fostering spiritual growth among our members and serving our community.

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and spirit-filled, full-time Pastor to lead our congregation in spiritual growth and impact in the local community. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with strong preaching and teaching abilities, committed to the mission of our church and the well-being of our community.

What We Offer:

  • Stipend of up to £35,000pa, plus 3-bedroom Manse or housing allowance of £27,960pa.
  • Pension (Employer contribution 10% Employee contribution 8%)
  • 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
