This pivotal leadership role is central to implementing a new vision, facilitating ministry and mission through effective systems, volunteer leadership, and team coordination.The responsibilities include overseeing daily operations such as HR, safeguarding, building management, governance, events, and communications. The role also involves supporting fundraising efforts and developing tools like ChurchSuite to enhance operational efficiency.You will lead a new team comprising a Worship Leader and Children & Families Lead, collaborating closely with Ambleside Parish Centre to serve the wider community.
