We are seeking to appoint a full-time (37.5 hours) worship and production pastor who has strong leadership, managerial, training and pastoral giftings, to assist the Vicar in leading and delivering worship and production across the locations and services of East Church Norwich.
The post holder should be an experienced worship leader who is able to lead the church forwards in worship, and, working alongside the staff team, be committed to both East Church and its parishes for the long term. They should be an individual who is creative, and able to pioneer and innovate.
Long term success for the role looks like growing and sustaining the worshipping life of the church, and releasing worship leaders and team to support its vision.
