St Michael’s are currently recruiting two interns!

  • Worship Intern: We are seeking a worship intern to support the Worship Pastor in developing a spiritually vibrant and musically excellent worship culture. This role is designed for someone with musical skill who is eager to learn, grow in worship leading, and contribute to the worship team of a church which holds encountering God as a key priority. The Worship Intern will primarily focus on on‑stage musical contribution while growing in confidence, skill, and understanding of Biblical worship and team leadership.
  • Production Intern: We are seeking a production intern to support the Worship Pastor in building a spiritually healthy and technically excellent production culture. This role exists to strengthen the Audio-Visual (AV) team, enhance the worship environment, and help create services, events, and media that are distraction‑free and honour the presence of God. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is already technically capable and passionate about developing others, shaping culture, and growing spiritually and practically themselves within a church context.
