St John’s Beckenham is seeking a Next Generation Lead to grow and develop ministries for children, young people and families within the church and local community. The role focuses on discipleship, faith formation and belonging, while also pioneering new initiatives beyond church walls.
The successful candidate will lead teaching programmes, coordinate volunteers, and work with the pastoral team to implement a clear vision for the next generation in Beckenham and surrounding areas.
