Oakleigh Community Church (OCC) is a vibrant, growing evangelical-charismatic church in North London, operating under a Bishop's Mission Order. Rooted in Word and Spirit, we are passionate about worship, discipleship, and loving our community extravagantly for the sake of making disciples of Jesus.
As we look to the future, we are prayerfully seeking a Spirit-filled, mission-hearted leader to shepherd OCC into its next season of growth.
- Providing spiritual leadership that is prayerful, theologically grounded in Word and Spirit, and Spirit-led
- Cultivating a culture of mission, discipleship, and evangelism
- Developing and releasing leaders across all generations
- Strengthening community engagement and missional innovation
- Leading collaboratively through a season of growth and transition (including becoming a CLG)
We are looking for someone who is:
- An ordained Church of England priest (IME completed)
- A humble, servant-hearted, and inspiring leader
- An engaging preacher and communicator to all ages
- Confident leading and ministering in the power of the Holy Spirit
- Aligned with the Evangelical Alliance Basis of Faith and New Wine ethos, and doctrinally orthodox regarding issues of human sexuality
