Overview: We are seeking a team member to enable us to make the most of opportunities in our community, reaching those who don’t know Jesus and discipling those who do. Our church is growing and thriving, and lots of people are joining the church. The purpose of this new role is to increase the capacity of the church and team to welcome new people, disciple new believers and grow our work reaching out into the community with God’s love.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enquirers’ courses (such as Alpha)
  • Work with existing team on ministries such as Open Table and Bereavement Cafe
  • Pioneer new opportunities, including leading our social media engagement
  • Be a leader of others, listening deeply to community concerns, having a heart for evangelism, and growing ministries through collaboration and following the leading of the Holy Spirit
