This is a great opportunity to support the spiritual growth, pastoral care, and discipleship of children (0–11s) and their families by coordinating and delivering engaging, safe, and creative kids ministry environments. This role plays a key part in the life of our large, multi‑ministry church and works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to see children encounter Jesus and thrive in faith.

Summary

  • 2‑year fixed‑term contract with potential to extend
  • Reporting to: Family Life and Pastoral Care Director
  • Hours: 3.5 days per week (including Sundays and Wednesdays)
  • Salary: £16,000 per annum (0.7 FTE, equivalent to £22,857 full‑time)
  • Location: LOVECHURCH, St Swithun’s Bournemouth
  • Start Date: August/September 2025
