We're looking for a Growing Faith Enabler to spiritually and numerically grow the congregations at Emmanuel and The Good Shepherd in line with the church’s mission to plant churches that plant churches, to play our part - in the power of the Holy Spirit - to grow the Kingdom of God in Loughborough. The post holder will create and implement strategies for growth, both within the existing congregations and from the wider local community, and build teams to ensure ongoing sustainability of outcomes. The successful candidate may be lay or ordained.
