St Marks Coventry is looking for an exceptional Operations Manager to help lead and strengthen the life of our growing church. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll provide strategic and operational oversight across staff, volunteers, projects, events, facilities, and organisational systems, enabling the church to thrive in its mission to see people find faith, freedom, and the city flourish.
