We are looking for a Children’s Leader to champion and grow ENC's work with 0-11s. At Exeter Network Church, we love seeing people come to Jesus and be transformed by him. We are a diverse community of about 300, committed to showing Jesus to those outside the church, to living a life empowered by the Holy Spirit, and to telling the story of the Bible.

We currently have around 30 children on a Sunday, we also run a toddler group midweek and several different missional pop-up events throughout the year. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is excited to enable children to grow in discipleship, lead spirit-filled, mission-focused lives, and develop a team of volunteers to achieve this.

The successful applicant will be committed to nurturing the faith of all children and supporting their families as they seek to grow the faith of the children they care for. It is an exciting time to join our wonderful church and be part of a thriving team of staff and volunteers.

We are passionate and engaging, committed to making the church's strapline 'on earth as in heaven' a reality. All of us desire to participate fully in church life, serve as positive role models for all ages, and bring energy and collaboration to our activities. We value high participation, joyful celebration, and a lively expectation that God is always at work.

We are looking to employ someone to work 26 hours over four days per week. We offer professional development opportunities, including regular training, coaching, mentoring, and support during the probation period to help you settle into the role.
